Tom Merrit is a mortgage loan officer based out of Chicago, and has been in the mortgage industry since 2002. He appreciated the culture that Summit Funding offered, and since joining the company he has worked his way into becoming a Branch Manager. Tom has been coached for 11 years since entering the business, and has cultivated strengths that have led him to coach others for 8 years now. He takes joy in being able to help people achieve their milestones and is always looking for ways to advance. Tom’s family plays an enormous role in his life, and he is constantly involved in his two children's extracurricular activities. He is devoted to making family time a priority by making sure he is available for them on the weekends and for daily dinners.
