Jim has been in the mortgage industry for 25 years and has been coached for the duration of his tenure. He attributes the 6,000+ loans over his career to working a system and being a SURRENDERED student. Jim has been the driving force behind Next Level Coaching since 2020. In addition, he is the Branch Manager of one of Summit Funding's top branches. As a coach, his strengths are team building, lead generation and personal production. 

Although he is an avid surfer, hunter and has major skills on the basketball court, Jim spends most of his time with his wife, Anne and their 5 boys, Nick, Dylan, Markos, Alex & Elias.
