Jacek Gillispie first entered the mortgage industry in 2013 and now uses his years of expertise to help coach others. He has been a part of coaching since 2017 and takes joy in team building and culture. 

His strengths in rapport building and ability to create relationships with agents have helped him, and his students excel in this business. Jacek was able to close over 220 units in both 2020 & 2021, making him a part of Summit’s top producing loan officers as well as a member of the Leaders Club since 2019. He is driven to succeed because of his family that he cherishes, and hopes to bring financial security to his wife and 4 children.
